People pay more attention on diet health and security along with constant market economic development and improvement, as well as the improvement of customers’ consumption standard. National Quality Inspection Bureau formally implements Quality Security Standard for Entering into Market (QS) on rice, flour, oil, sauce and vinegar in this year. Enterprise not have food production license has to stop manufacture and sale. Hence, there will be at least 30 thousand food enterprises in 50 thousand enterprises be out of the market.

1. Sixty percent of food enterprises are hard to pass the “QS” in food security issue; five kinds of food are in pressure relatively.

Enterprise must be qualified in following then necessary conditions such as environment condition, manufacturing equipment, processing technique and flow and so on, if the enterprise wants to manufacture the five categories of food. Presently, there are 60,085 enterprises engage in production and processing of rice, flour, oil, sauce and vinegar. Thereinto, 80% of them are family mode enterprise. 64% of product is unqualified.

Since the implement of the standard, there are 11,260 enterprises have got food product license. There are at least sixty percent of 60 thousand enterprises in the country will be out. Only a little small and medium enterprise likes to invest in product, environment, sanitation, storage and inspection condition. So, traditional small enterprises must be out of the market.
